![]() ![]() I found a good excessed Dell Poweredge T310, single Xeon X3340 (4 cores) 2. It works in 'Extend' mode and basically shows the current slide and the following slide on your laptop screen, while on the external display, slides are displayed in full screen mode in monitor's native resolution. So, been a techie for a long time, sometimes a sysop (ran VAX/VMS 11/785 & 8800) - and so I was really interested in unRAID to replace my NAS for my home networking (mainly for semi-pro photography) and run some VMs and apps. Well that's how it is yeah, no problem :) If PowerPoint is an option for you and your Dell laptop, you could use a feature called I think you did answer the question: my Dell at 1366 x 768 is less than my Samsung laptop, so while I get a full screen on the Samsung connected, I only get what Dell can do when it is the source. ![]() ![]() Going to just look at the monitor, so we both needed to see the same screen. I was going to view the screen on the laptop and talk about it and respond to questions, and they were What I was trying to do was to show some people a series of screen we were looking at, but I was on one side of the table and they were on the other. I tried Extend, but that moves one image to the second monitor and I can no longer see it on the laptop.
